Pros and cons of Marvin Classic (free edition) - eBook reader for epub app for iPhone and iPad

Marvin Classic (free edition) - eBook reader for epub app good for

Definitely my favorite app for reading epubs. The extra dimming is insane. You got so many different options to individulize the app just as you like it. All in all a round thing. Great work! Keep on going!
The options in this app are great. You can customize the pages, colors, fontsize, brightness, fonttype and lots of more. Good job!
I prefer text readers like pdf viewers. That is: Scroll down to the next page. If you add an option to set scroll direction from Left/Right/Down, I shall buy the premium version!
For me this is the best iOS reader yet. But Id like the tap-zones to be wider, cause when I try to turn the page the menu is often opened occasionally. An option for blocking the auto-brightness would be great, too.

Some bad moments

Shows only 1 book of the 10 I downloaded in. Waste of time. Ill stick with BlueFire reader.
Simple not enough. Supports no pdf or other book formats. Just ePub. Nothing else.
When I try to restore from the backup all that happens is that the app crashes. This makes the program of very limited value.
Why? This app looks amazing but cant do vertical scrolling? Absolutely required. I hate flipping pages.
Sadly this version is way too limited. You can only see one(1) book at a time in the library. The whole point of me see ing If I like this program is to see how good the library system is and one book just doesnt cut it. I can understand a limited library (10 to 20) but one book viewing doesnt allow that. Would be nice in the author sort menu if you could preview the title of a book or 2. 1/2 the time I forget the authors name, but can remember based on a couple of book samples where a book I want is. Bugs: crashes if trying to connect to calibre and forget to turn on the calibre end the connection Shuffle books does not work (dice icon) Searching for a book does not work (is fine in the "all book" menu, but doesnt any where else that Ive tried) edit: never mind doesnt work here either Really needs quick scrolling on the author/author sort/unread/selector (when you hit the upper right icon to bring up display options). The right side would work great for that because there is a lot of empty space. It would also be nice if there could be quick selection there for quick selecting a collection or something like that
Best ebook reader Ive had since the old Stanza. I cant imagine it doesnt have anything a user could want. Worth it.
